OTIMIZAÇÃO DA GESTÃO DA CADEIA DE SUPRIMENTOS EM HOSPITAIS PÚBLICOS DO CHILE: INDÚSTRIA 4.0 E PESSOAS

Abstract


A Indústria 4.0 está revolucionando a gestão da cadeia de suprimentos hospitalar, aprimorando a eficiência operacional, a qualidade do atendimento ao paciente e a redução de custos. Este estudo investiga a aplicação dessas tecnologias nos hospitais públicos do Chile, propondo soluções alinhadas às competências dos profissionais envolvidos. Tecnologias como Big Data, Internet das Coisas (IoT), automação e Inteligência Artificial (IA) possibilitam a análise de grandes volumes de dados, o monitoramento em tempo real dos estoques e a automação de tarefas manuais. A gestão de pessoas, que inclui liderança e trabalho em equipe, é essencial para essa transformação. A implementação bem-sucedida requer compromisso das partes interessadas e investimentos em tecnologia e treinamento.
