O PAPEL DA UNIVERSIDADE NO CONTEXTO DO MODELO DA HÉLICE TRÍPLICE PARA FORMAÇÃO DE ECOSSISTEMAS DE INOVAÇÃO
Resumo
RESUMO
Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo compreender o papel da universidade no cenário de interações da hélice tríplice para formação de ecossistemas de inovação, se tratando de uma Revisão Sistemática de Literatura (RSL), por intermédio de pesquisa na base de dados scopus, reunindo 42 estudos de ordem internacional para análise. O procedimento de investigação considerou estudos realizados entre 2010 e 2023, e observou a evolução da produção, estudos mais citados, evidências do papel da universidade e, complementarmente, análise bibliométrica (acoplamento bibliográfico). Os resultados apontaram para a universidade como uma instituição que, para além de empreendedora conforme configuração inicial da hélice tríplice, aponta como detentora de papéis que passam pela liderança nas dinâmicas dos ecossistemas de inovação, validadora de conhecimentos gerados em ambientes externos à academia, instituição de atuação equilibrada com as atividades das demais esferas da hélice tríplice e espaço dedicado a formação avançada de recursos humanos para atendimento às demandas mais modernas do mercado. Também foi evidenciado que diversos estudos comportam a evolução da hélice tríplice, apresentando um papel para a universidade relacionado com os ecossistemas de inovação que perpassa interações com esferas específicas das hélices quádrupla e quíntupla, respectivamente sociedade civil e ambiente.

ABSTRACT
This research aimed to understand the university's role in the context of triple helix interactions for the formation of innovation ecosystems. As a systematic literature review (SLR), it analyzed 42 international studies retrieved from the Scopus database. The investigation considered studies conducted between 2010 and 2023, examining the evolution of research output, highly cited studies, evidence of the university's role, and, complementarily, a bibliometric analysis (bibliographic coupling). The results indicated that universities, beyond being entrepreneurial institutions as initially configured in the triple helix model, have emerged as leaders in innovation ecosystem dynamics. They validate knowledge generated outside academia, act as balanced institutions within the triple helix, and provide advanced human resource development to meet modern market demands. Additionally, the study revealed that various studies encompass the evolution of the triple helix, presenting a role for universities in innovation ecosystems that extends beyond interactions with specific spheres of the quadruple and quintuple helix, namely civil society and the environment.

RESUMÉN
Esta investigación, con el objetivo de comprender el papel de la universidad en el contexto de las interacciones de la triple hélice para la formación de ecosistemas de innovación, se trata de una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura (RSL). A través de una búsqueda en la base de datos Scopus, se reunieron 42 estudios internacionales para su análisis. El procedimiento de investigación consideró estudios realizados entre 2010 y 2023, y observó la evolución de la producción, los estudios más citados, las evidencias del papel de la universidad y, complementariamente, un análisis bibliométrico (acoplamiento bibliográfico). Los resultados apuntaron a la universidad como una institución que, más allá de ser emprendedora según la configuración inicial de la triple hélice, se posiciona como líder en las dinámicas de los ecosistemas de innovación, validando el conocimiento generado en entornos externos a la academia, actuando de manera equilibrada con las actividades de las demás esferas de la triple hélice y dedicándose a la formación avanzada de recursos humanos para satisfacer las demandas más modernas del mercado. También se evidenció que diversos estudios abordan la evolución de la triple hélice, presentando un papel para la universidad relacionado con los ecosistemas de innovación que trasciende las interacciones con esferas específicas de la cuádruple y quíntuple hélice, como la sociedad civil y el medio ambiente.
