SPILLOVERS DE CONHECIMENTO E CRIAÇÃO DE VALOR: PROPOSIÇÃO DE MODELO TEÓRICO

Abstract


O objetivo deste estudo foi demonstrar pontos importantes sobre o fenômeno spillovers de conhecimento, apresentando a entrada e saída dos spillovers de conhecimento em uma organização, como suas variáveis se relacionam dentro do cenário organizacional e o papel moderador que os riscos e as ameaças podem incidir sobre o processo empreendedor e estratégico de uma organização. Para realizar este propósito, optou-se pela proposta de um modelo que combinasse todos os elementos desse processo, ambientando-o em um cenário empreendedor e estratégico. As contribuições teóricas desse estudo ampliam o conhecimento de como este fenômeno ocorre no cenário organizacional, destacando o papel moderador que os riscos e ameaças podem incidir na tomada de decisão e ação empresarial, no uso de investimentos e na criação de valor de uma empresa. O estudo fornece como contribuição prática a possibilidade da geração de uma escala de medição para as organizações que executam esta apropriação dos spillovers de conhecimento, possibilitando assim um acompanhamento de suas performances.
