O MERCADO COMO AGENTE PARADIPLOMÁTICO INDUTOR DE POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS SOCIOAMBIENTAIS: A INFLUÊNCIA DO SETOR PRIVADO NA FORMULAÇÃO DA AGENDA ESG DE MERCADOS FINANCEIROS INTERNACIONAIS

RESUMO
O presente artigo visa demonstrar o papel do mercado como agente paradiplomático indutor de políticas púbicas socioambientais dos Estados. Mediante análise de diferentes iniciativas internacionais, o estudo visa demonstrar a influência do setor privado organizado na formação da agenda ESG de diversas jurisdições internacionais e brasileira, especialmente quanto aos critérios normativos adotados para regulação da oferta de produtos sustentáveis.

ABSTRACT
This article aims to demonstrate the role of the market as a paradiplomatic agent inducing states' socio-environmental public policies. Through the analysis of different international initiatives, the study aims to demonstrate the influence of the organized private sector in the formation of the ESG agenda of several international and Brazilian jurisdictions, especially regarding the normative criteria adopted for regulating the supply of sustainable products.
