Resumo

RESUMO

A especialização das Ciências do Homem, entre os séculos XIX e XX, possibilitou o surgimento de diversas disciplinas autônomas, dentre elas as Relações Internacionais. Ao longo do século XX essa disciplina partiu com outras disciplinas, tais como a História, o Direito, a Política e a Economia, com quem procuram dialogar teórica e metodologicamente, em busca dos melhores instrumentos para explorar seus objetos de pesquisa. Sendo a História uma das interfaces fundamentais das Relações Internacionais, o presente trabalho tem por objetivo destacar as possíveis contribuições da École des Annales e do pensamento de Fernand Braudel para o ensino e a pesquisa em R.I.

ABSTRACT

The specialization of Humanities, between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, allowed the emergence of several autonomous disciplines, among them International Relations. The dialogue with other disciplines, such as History, Law, Political Science and Economic Science, became fundamental for the construction of this new theoretical and methodological area. Being the History one of the key interfaces of International Relations, this paper aims to highlight the importance of an interdisciplinary dialogue from the École des Annales and the thought of Fernand Braudel, for teaching and research in IR.
