A CONTRATAÇÃO DO EMPREGADO APRENDIZ: UMA AÇÃO AFIRMATIVA DE PROMOÇÃO DOS DIREITOS FUNDAMENTAIS À EDUCAÇÃO E AO TRABALHO DOS ADOLESCENTES E JOVENS BRASILEIROS

RESUMO:

A realidade social evidencia que grande parte da juventude brasileira encontra-se fora do sistema educacional e do mercado formal de trabalho. Dentro deste contexto, as cotas obrigatórias para a contratação de aprendizes apresentam-se como uma ação afirmativa em prol dessa minoria social, pois lhes promove o acesso ao emprego com registro em carteira e a profissionalização de sua mão-de-obra através da formação técnico-profissional, garantindo-lhes igualdade de condições e existência digna.

Abstract:

The social reality shows that much of the Brazilian youth lies outside the educational system and the formal labor market. Within this context, mandatory quotas for the hiring of apprentices are an affirmative action in favor of this social minority, because they promote the access to registered employment and the professionalization of their workforce through technical-professional training, ensuring them equal conditions and worthy existence.
