O poder diretivo do empregador e o abuso desse direito

RESUMO

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo a análise dos poderes conferidos ao empregador, suas origens, fundamentos e reflexos práticos. Além disso, analisa-se o estudo do instituto do abuso do direito e ato ilícito, em relação ao poder diretivo. Visa analisar a jurisprudência do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 9ª Região em casos típicos de abuso do poder direito do empregador.

ABSTRACT

This paper aims to examine the powers conferred on the employer, its origins, rationale and practical reflections. Furthermore, the study examines the institution of law and abuse of tort, in relation to power steering.  It will analyze the jurisprudence of the Regional Labor Court of the 9th Region in typical cases of abuse of power right of the employer.
