O presente artigo visa analisar a possibilidade de aplicação da medida socioeducativa de internação para adolescentes autores de ato infracional equiparado ao crime de tráfico de drogas, com fundamento no artigo 122, inciso I do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente - o qual se aplica em razão do ato infracional ter sido praticado mediante violência ou grave ameaça à pessoa.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this article is to analyze the possibility of applying the socio-educational measure of hospitalization for adolescents who are perpetrators of an offense equivalent to the crime of drug trafficking, based on article 122, item I of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - of the infraction has been committed through violence or serious threat to the person.
