A EMERGÊNCIA NO COMBATE AO TRABALHO ESCRAVO DE IMIGRANTES LATINOS NO BRASIL CONTEMPORÂNEO PARA A EFETIVAÇÃO DA DIGNIDADE HUMANA

Resumo

RESUMO 

A presente reflexão objetiva discutir a problemática vivenciada pelos imigrantes latinos que, à procura de oportunidades de trabalho e estabilidade financeira, se aventuram a vir ao Brasil. Adentrados no país, deparam-se com a exploração do trabalho escravo urbano cometido por empresas que se utilizam dessa prática cruel. Diante da garantia e proteção da dignidade humana e de um trabalho digno, torna-se emergencial o combate dessa prática por meio dos dispositivos internacionais e internos, garantidores dos direitos fundamentais da pessoa, para que seja efetivado um Estado livre, justo e igualitário, capaz de se sustentar pelo título de Estado Democrático de Direito.

ABSTRACT

The present reflection aims to discuss the problematic experienced by latin immigrants who, looking for job opportunities and financial stability, venture to come to Brazil. Entered in country, they are faced with the exploration of urban slave labor committed by companies which use this cruel practice. Given the guarantee and protection of human dignity and a decent job, the combat becomes emergencial the combat of this practice via the international and internal devices, guarantors of the fundamental rights of person, in order to release a free, fair and equal State, capable to sustain the title of Democratic Rule of Law.
