PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF CLIMATE CHANGE IN ENSURING ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY
Resumo
The article examines the problems of ensuring environmental safety in climate protection, relevant for the entire world community related to the development of international legal acts, inefficient and inefficient use of Natural Resources, and environmental pollution in solving the problem. Environmental problems are at the heart of climate change, they are considered modern challenges to the safety of human life, unpredictable weather conditions, an increase in the level of global environmental safety, increasing the risk of natural natural disasters and disasters, all this is a threat to human life. Priority is given to conducting research on conventions in the field of climate protection, improving laws on dangerous anthropogenic impacts on the climate system, natural adaptation of ecosystems to climate change.
