Entendendo a Teoria Institucional do ponto de vista sociológico

Resumo


O presente ensaio teórico tem por objetivo elucidar os elementos essenciais, níveis de análise e possibilidades de estudos que o institucionalismo organizacional traz aos estudos das organizações a despeito de sua tradição teórica descrevendo variáveis-padrão, como conceito de instituição; agência situada; processo de institucionalização; conceito de legitimidade; graus de isomorfismo; noção de campo organizacional; conceito de organização; mudança institucional; empreendedorismo institucional; e lógicas institucionais. Combina-se a esse contexto dados obtidos por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica no período de cinco anos entre artigos nacionais e internacionais que abordaram a perspectiva institucional de análise.
