Capacidade Absortiva e Mecanismos de Integração Social no Mercado Emergente: Evidências das Agências Bancárias no Brasil

Resumo


O estudo tem como objetivo verificar a relação entre capacidade absortiva individual, capacidade absortiva organizacional e os mecanismos de integração social em agências bancárias. Adotou-se o método quantitativo descritivo, coleta de dados através de pesquisa survey e tratamento de dados pelo método de modelagem de equações estruturais com estimação por mínimos quadrados parciais (PLS-SEM). Verificou-se a relação positiva entre as capacidades absortivas individual e organizacional e efeitos positivos dos mecanismos de integração social em cada uma delas. Consideram-se como contribuições as teóricas acerca da influência dos mecanismos de integração social na absorção do desenvolvimento de indivíduos e organizações, e de ordem prática na adoção desses mecanismos por gerentes na maximização de capacidades absortivas individual e organizacional.
