A IMPORTÂNCIA DO EMPLOYER BRANDING NA ATRAÇÃO E RETENÇÃO DE TALENTOS EM PORTUGAL

Resumen


Objetivo do estudo: O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar a importância do Employer Branding na atração e retençao de talentos nas organizações em Portugal.

Metodologia: A metodologia adotada baseou-se numa análise quantitativa, realizou-se um questionário que foi respondido por 124 indivíduos, os mesmo encontram-se trabalhando atualmente.

Principais resultados: Os pesquisados procuram organizações que além de remuneração e outros benefícios atrativos, dão importância a flexibilidade e bom ambiente de trabalho, sendo que a maioria se encontra pouco satisfeito com a organização que trabalha.

Contribuições teóricas/metodológicas: contribui para que as empresas possam adotar novas práticas em relação Employer Branding na atração e retençao de talentos. A pesquisa apresenta oportunidades para estudos futuros.

Relevância/originalidade: perspectiva de estudo quantitativo em Portugal, contribuindo empiricamente para seu entendimento.
