COCRIAÇÃO NO DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UM SISTEMA DE INFORMAÇÃO : O caso do software de gestão de processos eletrônicos de uma Universidade Pública Brasileira

Abstract


O desenvolvimento de sistemas de informação (SI) é um processo complexo que frequentemente está associado a falhas e inconsistências. Para lidar com essa complexidade, novas abordagens têm sido estudadas, como a cocriação. Apesar da relevância, há relativamente poucos estudos relacionando cocriação e gestão de SI, especificamente no campo do desenvolvimento de software. Este artigo investigou o processo de cocriação no desenvolvimento de um software de gestão de processos eletrônicos em uma universidade federal brasileira. A pesquisa identificou canais, práticas favoráveis, características e métodos de cocriação aplicados em um contexto de desenvolvimento de software de uma universidade federal que podem ser adotadas por outras organizações públicas congêneres.
