SOLIDARIEDADE E RESPONSABILIDADE COM O OUTRO: EM BUSCA DA EMANCIPAÇÃO E INTEGRAÇÃO DOS SUJEITOS EM SUAS DIVERSIDADES

Em meio à complexidade do mundo atual, cada vez mais plural na união de culturas que comportam amplas diversidades individuais e coletivas, entrelaçadas tanto pela coexistência social, cultural e política – interna como externamente –, quanto pelo acirramento das relações de poder e, diante da realidade contemporânea que requer uma simbiose do Eu com o Outro, a presente pesquisa objetiva trazer uma reflexão sobre a necessidade da realização de uma convivência solidária e responsável que possibilite, de modo eficaz, a busca pela emancipação e integração de todos os sujeitos em meio às suas diversidades. Para alcançar um resultado satisfatório, a metodologia científica utilizada nesta pesquisa se organizou por meio de uma análise dialética e bibliográfica, relacionando, em sua abrangência, conceitos específicos de cunho filosófico e jurídico, de acordo aos objetivos propostos na presente reflexão. O resultado alcançado nos mostra que, frente a essa sociedade cada vez mais plural, surge a necessidade de se configurar, como primeiro princípio, o respeito às diversidades, pois aceitar o Outro em uma convivência tolerante, pautada no reconhecimento de direitos e na ação construtiva para o todo social, faz com que se caminhe para a concretização da disposição de um sistema universal de paz, por sua vez ético e humanitário, comprometido com a defesa daqueles que são considerados “diferentes”, mas que, necessitam que seus direitos sociais, políticos e culturais sejam efetivados.

ABSTRACT

In the midst of the complexity of today's world, which is increasingly pluralistic in the union of cultures with broad individual and collective diversities, intertwined both by social, cultural and political coexistence - internally and externally - and by the intensification of power relations, facing the contemporary reality that requires a symbiosis of the Self to the Other, the present research aims to reflect on the need to realize a solidary and responsible acquaintanceship that effectively enables the search for the emancipation and integration of all subjects in the midst of their diversities. In order to reach a satisfactory result, the scientific methodology used in this research was organized through a dialectical and bibliographic analysis, relating, in its scope, specific philosophical and juridical concepts, according to the objectives proposed in the present reflection. The result achieved shows us that, in the face of this increasingly plural society, there is a need to establish the respect for diversity as a first principle, since accepting the Other in a tolerant acquaintanceship based on the recognition of rights and constructive action for the social whole, causes a movement towards the realization of a universal system of peace disposal, in turn ethical and humanitarian, committed to the defense of those who are considered "different", but who need their social, political and cultural rights made effective.
